Hello

I’m a doctoral student in the clinical psychology program at Adler University. I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology at the University of Toronto.

As a practicum student, I am passionate about supporting my clients in their journey to enhancing their mental well-being. I have previous experience in assessment and treatment settings where I supported children, teenagers, and young adults in navigating the challenges of balancing school, work, and other commitments while managing their mental health.

I believe in taking a flexible and collaborative approach with my clients and using evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, and ACT) to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
