My name is Rashi Arora, M.A. (22103), I am a professional member of the B.C. Association of Clinical CounsellorsI My educational journey and practical experiences have laid a strong foundation for me to effectively address a wide array of psychological challenges.

With over seven years of professional experience, I specialize in working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing me to draw from a variety of modalities to create tailored treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. My expertise spans a diverse spectrum of psychological conditions, ranging from Schizophrenia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Depression, and Anxiety to Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Autism, and Dementia. Furthermore, I am well-equipped to assist individuals in navigating common life challenges.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of gaining valuable experiences in various settings, including hospitals, schools, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and both private and public institutions in my home country. These experiences have provided me with a deep insight into the intricacies of mental health issues and the unique needs of my diverse clientele. Upon relocating, I embraced the opportunity to forge connections with new individuals and continue making a positive impact in their lives.

My dedication to continuous professional growth is exemplified by my Professional Membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (C.C.P.A.). Additionally, I've pursued certification in Expressive Art Therapy from UNESCO-CID, further enriching my therapeutic toolbox and enabling me to offer innovative and effective interventions.
